In Case of Inclement Weather...........
* Delays, and closings are decided by 5:30am and typically posted between 5:30-6:00am. Please tune into WBAL on your television, WBAL AM 1090, or check http://www.wbaltv.com/index.html. Public and private schools are listed under delays and closings section in red or http://www.wbaltv.com/closings/index.html. *Another option is to receive a text message or email alert from WBAL about delays, early dismissals and closings http://www.wbaltv.com/closingssignup/index.html. * The message machine at each location will be changed to reflect the delay or closing for that day. However, parents should not depend on this solely, just in case there are electrical problems or phone issues. * If there is a delay, school will not open until the announced scheduled time. Please do not attempt to enter the school early, you may set off the building alarm. *Early Dismissal: If the weather is severe, there is a chance we may close early. The goal is to close the school to provide the parents, children, and staff ample time to get home safely. Early dismissals will be announced the same as the delays and closings. Sometimes bad weather can sneak up on us, which makes closing early rather tricky. All parents are responsible for staying alert and checking WBAL. 2 hour delay Open at 9:00am 3 hour delay Open at 10:00am 1 hour early dismissal Close at 5:00pm 2 hour early dismissal Close at 4:00pm * Regular Hours maybe different per location, therefore the times will adjust accordingly. |
