The CMMS academic program has produced consistently high student achievement for over
18 years.  Results of testing show our students to be one to three years ahead in reading and
mathematics as compared to their public school counterparts.  Our core curriculum consists
of five learning areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language Arts, Mathematics and Cultural
Studies (including Geography, History, Science, Art & Music).

At the Elementary level (Grades K-5), the curriculum emphasizes higher order thinking and
association between different areas of study, in addition to content knowledge.  (Please refer
to “Philosophy- Elementary Program” for a more detailed description).
